Green Chalkidiki Olives are grown almost entirely in Chalkidiki.

They are also known as mammoth olives because of the big size of their fruit.

They belong to the large-fruit category and their color is deep green. After the processing period, the color changes to greenish yellow.

Such olives are offered whole, pitted or stuffed with plenty of flavor combinations.
